We’re a boutique learning design studio with over 20 years of real-world Learning and Development expertise. We were building eLearning experiences before rapid authoring tools existed and we’ve been shaping the future of digital learning ever since. What started as a passion became Sova Wise Media, Inc. in 2014, and today we help organizations turn complex information into training that actually works.

It all begins with an email or phone call. All you have to do is reach out to us! We’re always up for talking about eLearning or other training needs—we live and breathe the stuff.
STEP 02: PROPOSAL
Once you share the details about your project, we’ll take it from there and will craft a customized proposal designed to meet your goals. By reviewing the content you’d like transformed into a polished eLearning module (or refreshed PowerPoint), we can deliver a clear, accurate cost estimate and a realistic project timeline, so you know exactly what to expect before we get started.
STEP 03: COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE
Once your proposal is approved, we’ll work with your team to create a clear, efficient work plan. This schedule will outline key deliverables and review milestones, ensuring everyone stays on track and your project moves forward smoothly and on time.
STEP 04: CREATE THE MAGIC

In this “who done it” kidnapping-themed game, we test the learner on how to properly fill out book-keeping software. As they collect clues from the room, the suspect list narrows-down until they find the culprit!
Save the earth from an alien invasion by recovering the Earth Defense Agency’s stolen Sky Shield System! Learners will do just that in this fun game that puts their system and process knowledge to the test.
When soybeans are not stored properly, their quality can deteriorate very quickly. This presentation provided farmers with vital information in managing their soybean bins.
